The collective reclamation is a private pay practice. I do not accept insurance at this time, and I am unable to offer super-bills as an out-of-network provider.

I offer limited sliding scale fees, based on financial need. Please reach out to discuss this further.
Fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. I charge my full fee for no-shows and appointments canceled outside of my 48hr. cancellation window. We understand life happens; therefore, each client is permitted one no-charge cancellation every six months for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
