I am an experienced community worker, edge walker, and relational counselor. I work with older teens and adults, diverse constellations of relationships, and groups. My work is focused in liberatory methods of healing and education, rooted in anti-colonial, abolitionist, and transformative justice frameworks. My work is influenced by my lived experience as a queer, gender resistant, working class, white, domestic-same-race adoptee, parent, and neurodivergant human.
My intention is to serve as a compassionate and steady accomplice, holding space with you in your quest to find healing.
As an accomplice I understand that we are interconnected in our liberation and in an animated world. We are also entwined in systems of oppression, some of which may directly affect you. My work is to respect and grow this interconnection. As such, I actively work to dismantle systems of oppression and to transform my own unconscious and conscious biases that may reinforce these systems. I continue to develop my understanding of my power and privilege and will do my best to maintain a non-hierarchical relationship with you. When I mis-step I will take accountability and work towards repairing our valuable relationship.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. I am under the direct supervision of Michelle Vosika-Cooper, LPC C7344.
